Responsibilities: Facilitates existing Leadership and Core professional skills trainings (online sessions and potentially offline). Collaborates with other facilitators to leverage existing programs, tools and create best practices. Customizes learning offerings to meet local business needs and supports local HR in delivery of business-driven tools (feedback, communication skills, etc). Develops new local learning programs and webinars, and supportive materials. Participates in cross-BU projects lo localize sectoral and global programs. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in Training and Development. Expertise in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. Solid experience in preparing and deploying trainings – online and offline. Knowledge of methodology of adult learning and working with groups. Digital acumen, MS Office fluency.
